Brett Daly (spelling) Daily (spoken) in back seat of Ute, on way to work event, Nic in backseat as well, driver (unknown) picked everyone up. I had normal and tarot cards with me. They were mixed up and messy. Got the packs out and Brett was fiddling with something. Offered him the normal deck and asked ‘can you shuffle?’ He took the desk and shuffled it then put his hand out for the tarot deck. Just after he had shuffled it but before giving them back, he jumped out off the vesicle with both packs and said he would see me later. I said he didn’t know who I was. He said of course everyone does, Nic and her new boss. There had been some other small talk including me offering him work. I had normal idea who he was and was worried for my cards.- I still had boxes. Asked Nicole who he was and she told me name and that he’s well known. I could trust him. Did t see him at event and don’t actually expect him to call. Missed call from him at the time I suggested (2 or 3 o’clock) and received a message about taking me up on my offer and the skills he had (similar to mine with marketing/comms etc. was pleasantly surprised to hear back from him.
